This class overall was pretty enjoyable however the TA's had to deal with alot disorganization that was handed down to them. Even though I really liked the professor, I do think there needs to be a more put into organization of assignments, grading criteria, and communication with students.
Dr Conner is one of the best professors I've ever had. Her lectures are extremely engaging, she is clear about what is expected from you for exams&assignments, and she makes the material SO FUN. On top of her awesome teaching skills, she is also an amazing, caring, kind, and likable person. Learning from this woman is truly a privilege!
Prof Conner is the best professor Ive had at UCSB so far. She is amazingly intelligent, and makes lectures relatable which for me makes the learning process a lot smoother. She can be outspoken but tends to really take in feedback and structure the class around the students as the quarter progresses. GO TO LECTURE and take notes for an A
