Nice professor, goes out of way to offer extra credit and films. Participation in sections is main effort, though still easy. Clear materials to study for test, just memorize.

horrible professor. she once crashed out at the class because someone's hey Siri went off - turns out it was her phone because she was talking about Syria. she has a super thick accent u can barely understand her. don't take global 1 none of the TAs are from the US so you can't understand them either.

TAs were tough graders on papers. Lectures were boring. Disorganized canvas, never know what to read. All quizzes were taken online at home. If most people got a question wrong she would give everyone credit. Overall, not bad but the grading is very tough.

This class was the bane of my existence. Lectures were not very engaging and while it is an English class, the many many readings were not well organized and I didn't know what to read when. Your grade is in your TA's hands so pray you get a good one, but they are all very particular with what they deem as "good writing" so beware.

She's a sweet lady and cares for her students. Lectures can be a bit boring but she tries to make them interesting. It's not too difficult to get a good grade, the tests aren't bad and she provides extra credit opportunities. It can be difficult if your Ta is a harsh grader though

She was good. The class was not very interesting, but it was clear what she wanted, and the tests were easy enough, but super time consuming.
