CollegeI think Geller gets a lot of hate for no reason, so do not let these comments or rumors about him scare you. I do agree. I think his lectures are more demonstration-heavy, but I thought they helped me understand the concepts better. Also, besides what people say, he offers a LOT of practice problems that are much harder than what is on his tests.
Tests were very hard but managable given his practice tests. Would have been better if he actually lectured on the material instead of going on tangents on nothing important to the tests. Method is to just not even go to lectures and learn through the CLAS canvas and do a lot of practice problems.
this dude is bad at everything. wait for freund. this dude cannot teach anything and lectures are a waste of time.
His lectures are always off topic and he never shows you how to solve any problems. Get ready to self study!
He's very good at lecturing and clearly has a deep understanding and passion for physics. Assigns too much pre-lecture work and the final was brutal though. All and all I learned a lot in his class and if you put in the work you will get a good grade.
only 1 midterm & final. He doesn't cover practice problems in class but rambles on certain parts of a topic. I enjoyed his circuits lectures but the final was really tough for what we had learned and the practice exams. personally fumbled the first midterm and got around the avg on the final and passed. I recommend freund (goat). LOTS OF HW
