CollegeVery straightforward professor. If you pay attention in lectures and understand the material it's not a difficult A, textbook was not used. Great professor for Biology, went directly off her slides and always stayed on topic.
I was disappointed with this course. The grading felt unnecessarily so harsh, and it was often unclear what the instructor was looking for on assignments and exams. Many exam questions were nothing similar to the practice test as an intentional way to throw us off making preparation impossible.Taken bio before praying for anyone taking this ! GL
do not take her class if you have another option. she is a very disorganized lecturer and writes her test questions with the intent to trick you. also gives 40 question quizzes every week.
Pharmacology as a subject is difficult and inherently requires you to both understand the drug mechanisms and the drug names. There is a lot of content and it is hard, but Dr. Azarenko does a great job arranging slides in a way beneficial for studying. This class was definitely the hardest MCDB class as far as content but her testing was fair.
Don't do pharm emphasis. I tried really hard just to survive. You have to compete with those genius pre- med students. If i can get back to my first year, i will definitely change my major. Hard work never pays off. Im so glad that I finished everything
How she felt that day determined the class vibe. Lecture slides did not help at all.
