some find his lectures boring but i actually paid close attention and enjoyed them a lot. very interesting stories and questions he brings up, kinda reminds me of iohn kiriakou. the assignments were a reasonable load and are worth putting some real effort into, since they spark some intriguing and important thoughts. he's very sweet, i'll miss him

Interesting guy at times but the lectures for the most part are super dry and the class really didn't teach me anything. Cannot believe this is a required course honestly feels like such a big time waste because attendance is required. I could be doing anyting else besides sitting in the back and listening to him yap for 75 minutes twice a week.

Class is super easy and all assignments can be done super easily. Lectures are very boring but mandatory so most of the class sits in the back and does something else. Final group project is super easy and you basically get 100% on everything. Feels like such a useless class and honestly learned nothing from it.

Good professor with knowledge. Can be tough at times but overall fair.

Very nice guy, keep track of your grades/expected grades on a spreadsheet so you know where your grade stands. I recommend doing a supplemental task ~week 4-6, and do all the weekly responses so you don't have to worry about your grade. Course is a solid amount of work even though it's 3 units, so don't underestimate the time you'll spend on it.
