CollegeSomerville is a great prof and so was the TA Austin. Open note midterm and final, has class dollars that act as the curve (up to 10% free points on the final grade). TA office hours are super helpful and the content itself is super interesting and way cooler than most upper-div electives here. Definitely a hard class but he wants you to succeed.
One of the best Econ professors! Engaging lectures and has in-class "experiments," you can earn up to 10% EC. So friendly and cares about students and made changes according to feedback. Dense problem sets with long answer keys but was very reasonable on test grading. Week 10 final and class overlaps with Behavioral + Game Theory. Highly recommend!
teaches in a very understandable way which is so rare for econ omg take his class!
Nice guy. However, his lectures were pretty unrelated to what was on the midterm. He tested on "optional" problem sets he posted on Canvas - they were dissimilar to what we did in class. However, he seems receptive to feedback and could make testpectations clearer. TA was also lenient - I thought I flunked the exam and got in the upper 90s.
