CollegeProfessor Thomas is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she teaches. Attendance is not mandatory but as long as you go to lecture, you will never have to read any of the books. She gives you study guides for both the midterm and final. All the answers are in your notes! She truly cares about being the best teacher possible.
I love Thomas. She is pleasant and a great teacher. I recommend going to the lectures because everyone on the midterm and final is based off her lectures. I never read the books and passed with an A. I recommend this class.
Amazing professor, clearly so knowledgeable. Very compassionate, loves a tangent, and prepares sufficiently for all tests and essays (scaffolding lover). Lots of readings but all interesting and informative. Attendance is not mandatory, but in class quizzes on lectures, she drops a couple low scores, so not unflexible by any means.
Dr. Thomas is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and well spoken. Attendence is mandatory, but her lectures give you all of the information you need for assignments. One midterm in class, which she helps you prepare for. If you're interested in trying out a religious studies class I definitely recommend taking one of hers
Third time taking Dr. Thomas for a reason. Show up to lecture, pay attention to what she has to say, and the assignments and final come naturally. Lots of reading, but if you like religion it's always interesting. She is super funny, smart, and engaging, and loves a tangent.
Professor Thomas is a lovely lady. The class was VERY boring at times, but I learned a lot. There were easy in-class attendance quizzes everyday (the only reason I went). There was lots of reading, but the grading was super generous. She went on many tangents, but thankfully, she gave good study guides and lots of instruction for the final paper.
