CollegeThere were weekly zoom meetings (one day a week). All assignment except the final were group projects but fairly easy. Professor creates an engaging class despite the fact it's online. I would recommend her class!
very easy class
I was nervous to take Elena's class after reading reviews. Personally, I had a great experience. The weekly group projects are simple, as long as you have a good group. She is very accommodating and kind. She genuinely wants her students to succeed.
She was OK. Lectures were kinda boring, so the class felt SUPER long, but she was kind of funny. Weekly group projects and meetings which I personally did not like. TA was a harsh grader despite neither of them being accessible whatsoever or clear. Reached out a couple times and was never gotten back to. Would never take her again.
She is Honestly very rude I'm currently taking her for Sociology of Education and she ignored my hand while it was up despite no one else raising their hand and she threw a candy at my group member because she asked one of us to talk in front of the class and none of us wanted to do it ( I didn't want to because she blatantly ignored me ).
LOVE ELENA! Her lectures are super interesting and shes very passionate about her lectures. She's so sweet and it's evident she cares about her students and wants us to do well. However, weekly group slides are graded by TA and their response can be tedious and critical.
