A cohort-based seminar focusing on the strategic habits of mind necessary for effective professional leadership and communication. Students cultivate an "executive" toolkit to analyze audiences, manage resources, and execute decisions within diverse professional contexts. The curriculum centers on the creation of a comprehensive Professional Capstone Portfolio, developed through interactive workshops, guest lectures, and weekly consultation with embedded peer mentors. Students emerge with a polished professional identity and a cohesive body of work demonstrating their ability to think and lead strategically.

Prerequisites: Writing 1 or fulfillment of Entry Level Writing Requirement.
