    Discusses historical and contemporary conditions of Black and racialized communities living under economic and militarized oppression in a global perspective. Texts, films and lecture presentations foregrounds the critical role of Black subjects in the expansion of global capitalism. Explores current global conditions of Black and racialized communities living under militarized and economic apartheid. Spotlights the role of culture in shaping struggles of Black communities around the world for self-determination, the (im)possibilities of colonial repair and collective demands for reparation.
