Collegehe is not only boring but literally doesn't know anything. if you have questions don't bother to ask because he will either confuse you more or won't know the answer to them. hes just a talking textbook.
Honestly just wait to take this in the spring quarter, with any other professor. Trust me, its the better option.
The lectures were aimless, with it being a lot more difficult to follow than it needed to be and never clearly stated what certain principles are and how they should be followed. There is NO reason to make the tests this aggressively, much of a time crunch, and never made it clear what the curve would be (the curve itself wasn't too great either).
Was there even a curve?
I doubt he can get over the median in his own exams.
I felt sorry for the ECE student who had to take him for 10B. The professor has very messy notes and draws arrows everywhere as if it's a YouTube thumbnail. Constantly makes algebraic mistakes. Bad explanation and complicates simple topics and can't give a concrete yes/no answer on a simple question.
