CollegeYou probably don't have a choice of taking his class or not but he definitely is not the best professor in the ChE department. He's really nice and reminds me of my grandpa but literally just points at his powerpoint the whole class, so you probably won't learn from lecture. The homeworks are definitely helpful to do well on tests.
Beyond an effectively instructed class with a perspicuous grading procedure and nonpartisan examinations , Professor Chmelka has an immeasurable vocabulary. I no longer have a word-a-day calendar on my Christmas list because the topography of my lexicon has significantly expanded. All in all, straightforward class with a straightforward professor.
midterm and final are from homework and lectures. Easy to get an A if you study.
