Hilarious! Never a dull moment in his class. Very helpful when it comes to writing papers. Will help in improving writing skills.

Definitely a funnie man. You will not be sleeping in his class. make sure you REALLY edit your papers he will really let your grade suffer for stupid mistakes. I learned to be more analytical. watched film Rear Window (1950's)good choices in works to read.

funny, though you never know when to stop laughing. He likes to make things interesting, you laugh a lot at least, and get off on funny tangents.

Funny, interesting, not boring. Spends a lot of time analyzing film, makes sure you understand. He picked meta cinema and we watch kick ass flicks

He's a nice guy and is a fair grader. Kind of annyoing though..he acts like a woman.

Class itself is fun and he is a really quirky guy, but I felt that he didnt really teach me anything in class, I probably shouldve gone to his office hours to learn anything. His grading is a bit hard. If you dont go to the office hours make sure you edit your papers well.

Great Porf. The best for writing/english i've ever had. Knows what he is doing, confident, funny, non conformist. Evil and wierd sometimes in a funny way. You'll definately lean in his class...

Good teacher, entertaining, helpful. Doesn't give busy-work. Three papers, fairly graded. Offers a lot of help if needed.
