Workload felt overwhelming at times but if you get a good group (you can pick 3/7 members) the group project is manageable and very rewarding. I learned a lot of applicable skills in this class and Kristy made the grading seem way harsher than it end up being. If you go to lecture the exam is quite easy.

COMM 125 (RMP wont let me say that class): A very caring prof who knows what they are doing. The lectures are well rounded and easy to follow, they are also posted online after class. 3 projects and a final. The projects take a long time to do, but this is a good class and has a great prof. Final wan't too hard tbh. Take this class!!!

She talks fast but wants you to do well. In order to do well in this class you have to do all assignments and attend office hours.

Pretty unique course. You get assigned to a group of about six people and have to create your own marketing firm and complete assignments for a real world client. If you have a good group that evenly divides work you'll be fine. If not, good luck. I've been able to use some of the stuff I've made for this class for resumes/interviews. I recommend.

Kristy Hamilton is a great professor who is extremely knowledgable. Pretty much everything on the test can be found in her lectures. Her grading criteria is very clear and she is very fair. Her classes are interesting and applicable for future career paths in marketing/communication. I would recommend her classes anyday!

The class involves everybody being put into groups of 6-7 people to work on a marketing campaign for a business, submitting 6 assignments as a group together. If your group is hardworking and interested in marketing, you'll do great. Final exam was difficult but not impossible. I would definitely take another class with Hamilton.

Hamilton was such an engaging lecturer and really good at being accessible for questions. Take good notes and you should be good. 3 exams with MCQ and calculation problems that are graded on a very lenient curve. You can use the textbook and any sticky notes you stuff in it on the test. Minimal homework.

dr. hamilton is great! 3 papers, attendance is mandatory, and a final. each paper has very clear grading criteria and are graded pretty fairly. lectures are very engaging as well. i recommend!

Comm 160DM is a great class and it is easy to do well as long as you apply yourself and use the lecture material. Only 3 major assignments (besides the final). Dr. Hamilton is funny and engaging in lectures and I learned the most from this Comm class out of every one I've taken. Take this class if you want to go into marketing!

Dr. Hamilton is awesome! She is seriously so smart and KNOWS what she is talking about. I asked her about a question on the exam and instead of just telling me that I simply got it wrong, she helped me really understand and went as far as providing another example question to make sure I understood. Not a bad workload. Pay attention in lecture.

Prof Hamilton is an amazing professor. Her lectures are always interesting and easy to pay attention to, although can be lengthy at times. You can tell she is very passionate about what she is talking about. The class is centered around 3 projects and a final exam. The projects are very do-able and graded very fairly. Final was hard so study a lot.

Prof. Hamilton is very approachable and cool. Lecture slides are helpful and provide lots of examples for understanding course content. 3 papers with step-by-step instructions and a final exam. She is in-tune with current trends and finds ways to relate to students to create more engaging lectures. Very knowledgeable and is happy to help.
