Dr. Kendall is such a sweet teacher. She is very easy to understand and her voice is very calming and easy to listen to. I really recommend her as a professor. I have learned so many things from her this year is ESS2.

Kendall is such a sweetheart; she is truly awesome and this class will definitely be one of the ones that taught me the most. No textbook use is really needed, and it's important to go to lectures for i-clicker(but every lecture is fun anyways). This isn't just a nutrition class- it's a class that will help you literally help you improve your life.

This class is awesome and Kendall is such a sweet/calm person. I go to class regularly, aka I didn't even really have to use the book or study. This is an easy class, but it's also interesting and you learn relevant info. Also, the quick yoga breathing sessions at the beginning of each class/tests literally improved my test performances. Love her

easy class with minimal effort. Expect to go to lecture and spend like one hour a week on homework. Study for like one hour before the midterm or final and you'll probably get an A, if you paid some attention in class. You don't need the book. All the information is pretty basic.

DO NOT BUY THE TEXTBOOK. This class was really easy. Sometimes the lectures were kind of boring, but if you do all the work you'll get a good grade.

I never went to class and I passed (took it pass/no pass). IClicker is big part of your grade so you kind of have to go. She talks very softly and quietly so it was kind of a snoozefest. You don't need the book. Seriously don't buy it.

She is extremely monotone, which doesn't help considering the material itself is very dry. Attendance is mandatory because every lecture consists of iClicker questions that are essential to your overall grade. That being said the assignments, midterm, and final were easy if you studied a night or two before the exam.

If you need a GPA boost or you enjoy homework that gets 100% for little to no effort, then take this class. The lectures are long and boring, and I fell asleep in the vast majority of them. But regardless, I still found the class to be fairly straight forward with no curve balls thrown my way. I wish all classes were like this.

lectures material is interesting but she is very monotone. You don't exactly have to go to class but you definitely should since there are clicker points. Not going to lie I fell asleep all the time but just read the book study quizlet sets online and go through lecture slides and you'll be good.

Not the best teacher when it comes to actually relaying the material. Just reads word for word off her power points and goes through them so quickly that we don't get the chance to jot down some notes. She repeatedly tells us not to stress about the tests but then we start to underestimate her tests. This class doesn't cover any areas; don't take.
