Professor Isukapalli is a quality teacher, exams are relatively easy if you pay attention in class and study. This is not a required class for me, I am still taking this class because I liked his two previous classes, ECE152A and ECE153B.

Lectures are organized well, gave very relevant information. Professor clearly spent a lot of time preparing the slides. He went at a slower pace in more important and complex topics.

First lab was a bit hard... great class overall

Very practical and most important course I took here, prof. isukapalli is the ideal instructor for this class

For CS students- I strongly recommend taking 152A with this professor

I took the class in summer, the professor was well aware of the differences between summer courses and regular quarter classes. Pace and presentation were good.

The instructor did an excellent job of organizing material in a way students from their varied backgrounds could understand.

Exams are fair and lectures are interesting, brings together lot of concepts from various ECE classes. More focussed on hardware though.

I like this class, not many courses are there that bring many ECE concepts together. The subject material is too broad for a single quarter, that is probably the reason for some of the criticism. I find the lectures about hardware components of smartphone quite useful.

HW3 is totally not related to HW1 and HW2. It's like we are driving on the another road now. No idea where the course will goes.

Class really picked up in the last few weeks.

His lecture material is awesome. Exams are tough if you dont do homeworks on your own. His office hours are always full, a rarity in UCSB. Honestly one of the best teachers I have ever had.
