CollegeNot an easy class by any means, but his lectures were entertaining and informative! His tests seemed fair, and the test content was only pulled from slides, not suggested readings, so as long as you put in time/effort, you should be able to pass the class.
A lot of people hate his class for no reason, this class is really easy if you put time and effort, midterms are based on lectures and the content is easy to understand. The only problem was the 8 am lectures. Nino is always accessible and willing to help, he cares about people passing and he even mentions problems that will be on midterms.
When I tell you this man made stuff up. He spent a bunch of time doing spotlights on woman and minorities in stem and then wasn't able to finish teaching us the slides. He had terrible time management and we never finished what we were supposed to learn. Don't take it guys save yourselves.
He's a good guy but makes doesn't seem to double check his exams before writing them.
Professor Gonzalez is a very nice person. However his midterm is not so much related to his lecture and is extremely hard.
Do not take Lalo unless you absolutely have to. His lectures are SO hard to follow and I often leave lecture even more confused than before I went. I understand major classes like these require a lot of outside work, but If I'm not even understanding the basics of the material during the lecture, how am I expected to succeed in this class at all?
