CollegeThe material is sometimes dry, but Professor Lopez manages to make it interesting by providing helpful, supportive examples. Go to his office hours because he is willing to help and listen to his students. Read the book, do exercise problems, and complete the study guide he gives you for the two exams, and you'll do okay. Easy A if you work for it!
Great lecturer and offered lots of office hours help. But midterm and final were HARD. Tests a lot on concepts, not just formulas. Homework was 10%, midterm 40% and final 50% of grade. Lecture slides are online which was helpful because he goes fast. He is a good professor but be prepared to study your butt off and pray during midterms and finals.
Good Teacher! Easy midterm
Brian is awesome! He's super approachable and helpful. I thought the class was gonna be extremely boring but he managed to make it quite interesting. The final was a little harder than I expected but overall fair
Lopez is a cool guy and very fair teacher. He is friendly and personable and is clearly interested in helping students learn. His lectures are slightly slow, but manly because he is really making sure everyone understands the material. Final and midterm a little hard than I expected, but nothing unexpected on them. lopez is a cool guy
Great prof. Was crystal clear in all of his lectures. Homework was 15% of your grade, and usually was only 5-10 questions. Midterm was fairly easy, final was a bit harder. If he teaches again, take him!
