CollegeI love professor Majewski! Great slides and lecture format, made our Friday lecture recorded, and gave clear grading criteria for papers. Understand the broad historical concepts in the course and you'll do well.
He's a chill guy and offers plenty of extra credit opportunities. The textbook was a bit expensive so keep that in mind. Otherwise, a pretty great class.
Majewski was a wonderful teacher and super interesting guy to learn history from. Class had only 3 papers and no final which was amazing, he also made Friday classes online which is nicer than 99% of teachers. Only thing was TA was not very friendly and she expected way too much out of section, way too harsh of a grader imo. But Majewski is great!
Majewski was great! I loved this course and would definitely take a class taught by him again.
The professor has amazing lectures that keep my attention the entire time. The only issue is that your entire grade is based on 3 papers and my TA graded pretty harshly. I guess it depends on which TA you get though. Overall great class.
I loved Majewski so much. He even came to my section and discussed with students which was really cool and unlike any class I've had. He really cares about the students and puts time into his lectures. He also has no midterm/final and made the Friday class on Canvas so students didn't have to come in. 100/10 would take again.
