This course examines the bi-directional relationship between close relationships and mental well-being. Specifically, this course explores the role of communication as central to fostering and maintaining close connections in our lives, and the role of said connections on one's ability to thrive. Theory and experiential practice will be interwoven throughout the course, inviting students to embody new ways of being in their closest relationships that inspires mental/emotional wellness.
