Kind and caring in lectures, above average sympathy for students. Canvas resources are abundant and easy to follow

Perrone's chill. Good lectures and slides are easy to keep up with and understand. Your grade is based on section attendance, and then midterm and final, and a take home essay. Midterm and final were in class essays. Not too much, but if you go to lecture and keep up with the material it's not bad at all.

Amazing lecturer, knows the material back and forth. Lots of material but very doable if you go to lecture.

Pretty straightforward class. Decent professor. Your TA matters. Gabriel Sevallos is a very good TA.

HIST17B . Perrone G 2 Months Ago

One of THE BEST professors!!! I loved her lectures because they were so interesting and it showed she really cared. Such a sweet person and I hope I can take more of her classes( even though I am not a history major). My TA was the sweetest and truly cared plus an easy grader. 100% recommend.

This prof is very good at lectures. She makes it feel like you are listening to a really good audiobook. Just make sure you DON'T have Mark Makukutsi as your TA unless you LOVE lots of reading and history.
