The primary aims of this course are (1) to familiarize students with the process of designing a research project, (2) to introduce students to a variety of data collection methods typically used by cultural and biological anthropologists, as well as other social scientists, and (3) to provide students with hands-on experience and thorough feedback on designing and conducting their own projects.
