    • Pointe Technique . DANCE 148C

    This course teaches ballet pointe technique, focusing on foot alignment and strength while learning the barre warm-up exercises, and center practice exercises that are vital to the training of all serious ballet dancers. Attention will be paid to various classical solo and duet pointe variations from well known ballets. This course is intended for Advanced dancers who have advanced experience with ballet pointe technique.
