Fundamentals and recent research developments in the growth and properties of thin crystalline films of electronic and optical materials bythe process of molecular beam epitaxy. Artificially structured materials with quantized electron confinement and artificially engineered electronic band structure properties.

Take the ugrad. equiv. course until the current TA (Connor D.) graduates. Enjoyed the course very much and Professor's nice, but ultimately your final grade falls on Connor. There are no set grading rubric to fall for, no explicitly stated OH, rude and bare min. feedback, and yet the curriculum is the same as 120A. I lucked out w/diff co-TA
