Pretty lay back professor and class. Don't expect to learn anything, just chill

ECON140B . Royer H N 9 Years Ago

She's very funny and really wants her students to succeed. Sometimes it can be hard to pay attention in class, but she takes the time to answer questions and is really helpful in office hours. The class isn't necessarily easy, but she's very helpful and makes it as fun and interactive as she can.

ECON140A . Royer H N 12 Years Ago

Fair but difficult grading. There's a lot of work in this class so keep on top of it. She is extremely nice and helpful. Does a good job of explaining complex concepts with simple examples. Struggles a little with clearly answering student's questions but makes up for it with willingness to help. Would recommend!

Professor has nice personality. BUT,a nice professor is not always a nice instructor. Subjects of the class are interesting though, her explanation always left me somewhere. Every class, same question come up in my head, "What I do not understand and what I do understand?"

ECON140B . Royer H N 14 Years Ago

Heather Royer was good at explaining econometrics. Her exams had a formula sheet, which is very helpful for this material. Helpful and pleasant when I asked questions at office hours. Has a good sense of humor that made each day of class a bundle of joy. Her presentations and project made metrics come alive. Considerate of students, and delightful
