Class was relatively easy, it consisted of 5 quizzes, and 2 sections per week (one computer lab, one class assignment)! The TA's are very helpful if you need clarity on a topic. Go to lecture or make sure to have the book as it explained some topics a little better than he did.
Guy doesn't do midterms or finals, just quizzes (at least for PSTAT 5A) If you skip lecture, you'll fall behind. The class itself isn't too hard. The final quiz was a bit too hard though. Almost all the students in the lecture hall had to go up and ask for clarification. Studied my ass off for that quiz and still got a D Overall, decent guy.
Class was pretty disorganized but really easy. Definitely use the textbook it's easier to learn from than lectures and section.
He does a lot of examples in class and makes sure everyone understands the topic before moving on. Quizzes are simple. Super hot!
The quizzes are easy and doable if you go over lecture materials. His lecture notes are very clear and organized, so going to his lectures will definitely help! The book isn't really necessary.
He keeps making mistakes in the materials he posts online and he writes note instead of using digital ones so u have to write down on your own.
He is very clear and 90% of the examples he goes over in class are on the quizzes. Very attractive and adorable.
Easy subject, but he sometimes rushes through topics making it easy to get confused. Tests aren't too bad, but expect some tricky problems he didn't go over! Willing to help if you go to his office hours, and will always explain things in class again if you ask!
He is so incredibly hot and such a great professor! Gives tons of examples to illustrate concepts and tests are fairly easy if you pay attention in class!!
The material is easy but tests are not
