Professor Kurin is amazing! She is so enthusiastic about the subject that she teaches and her class is anything but boring. It is not an easy class by any means, you HAVE to spend hours studying in the bone lab outside of class in order to do well on the weekly quizzes. Grade in class will be a direct reflection of amount of time spent in bone lab.

Prof. Kurin is one of the best and my fav professor I've had. She keeps the class motivated with clear and concise lectures with interesting and relevant content. I've taken 3 classes with her and she is such an enthusiastic professor. She's always willing to help outside of class and she is a fair grader. Take her classes! You won't regret it!

Dr.Danielle Kurin has been the best adviser I could of ever asked for. She is motivating and inspiring. She has helped me to go over and beyond what I had ever thought was possible for myself, and it is because of her I feel like I am ready to take on grad school. I don't know if I will ever be able to thank her enough for all that she has done.

Danielle was literally the best professor I have ever had. I took other classes with her just because she was the teacher. Classes are challenging but worth it.

She is passionate and values our education. There were no exams, but blogs, two research questions a week, and a final paper. She is very funny and intelligent. You will not regret it if you took a class with her.

Discussions were great, professor is hilarious and always willing to help her students. You have to take her class, best class I've taken at ucsb.
