Very very nice teacher.

He is a great teacher! He is very into what he does, and he gets you into it. Definitely take the class, you won't regret it.

Confusing in lecture, could have presented the material much clearer. Doesnt use the text book so all we have are her notes online. She makesw up her own problems so the is no way to check your answers in order ot learn the material. I'm so not taking 2C.

Horrible lecturer, Shea doesnt deserve to be a teacher. She is disorganized and had difficulty explaining her notes. Often she presents contradictory formulas in class and only explains her errors when pressed.

The class is very difficult but Shea is a great professor and strives for the class to understand concepts. If the class isnt keeping up, she'll take more time on the subject, unlike other profs. Tests are fairly graded.

Good lectures. Difficult exams but grades very fairly on curve.

Lectures a little too fast and is kind of hard to keep up, but she realizes this and grades accordingly.

Professor Shea is an outstanding professor. Her style seems dificult and confusing at first but it comes together at the end and she works very hard to make sure that the class understands the material. Tests straight from lecture and homework.

Skips a lot of steps in lecture, assumes the class knows a lot, very confusing. Scared almost everyone out of honors and back into regular chem.

It's a tough course compared to Chem 1B, but it is a much better course and you actually learn about chemistry. The professor's teaching style take's a few lectures to adjust to, but after making the adjustment the class has been a great experience.
