One of the best teachers I've ever had. she really cares about the subject matter and the students. She wants us to learn and succeed. Although it was a writing class, I learned a lot about the education system and many other interesting things. AMAZING

She makes the class interesting. She's nice and is always willing to help and answer questions you may have. I enjoyed going to class!

Converse is a great person, her readings are on the topic of crimonology and are very interesting. She makes the class easy while still making it interesting and worthwhile. You will find she is a really sweat caring lady!

Converse=great; she's helpful, wants u2 succeed, is a lenient grader+might even go so far as to make excuses for u if you underperform. As for 50E itself, it has a good amount of work but it's all worth it 2c it all come together so well In The End. Lot of work ==> great sense of satisfaction w/final product. Learned A LOT. Esp. bout technic. writ.

i took her last summer and she was an amazing professor. since the class is required everyone has to take it but i definitely suggest you take it with converse. she was not only very clear with writing skills but the material the class was based on was pretty interesting.

Great teacher! One of my all time favorite professors.Converse will go above and beyond to answer any questions you might have. When i asked her a question in class, she explained it very clearly, and i got an e-mail later on that day from her further answering my question. If you are looking to improve your skills, take her! She really cares.
