He indeed gives a lot of homework (I usually stay up late for his homework...), but he is a caring professor. He is not a tough grader at all and is always willing to help. I received a lot of help during office hours. After all, he has a lot of work for you to finish, but you will get a good grade if you take the course seriously.

be prepared to write for hours and hours with him not giving a damn about your work at the end

Doesn't give feedback on anything. Gives random and useless homework that take up a ton of time.

He is a super nice person, and he gives grade with class rankings. I took ling 12 with him, and more than 3/5 students in this class get an A.

Don't take it. He always asks awkward questions. And just put you in an awkward position. Making you do a lot of nonsense homework.

He is good at teaching and loves doing that. A nice guy who encourages students to come to office hours and is willing to help with any issue.

Professor Rightmire is a very nice person. Although he needs us to write short journals every class, he encourages us to improve our speaking English at the same time. In his class, we had a lot of group work and discussed with others. I think it was really help. Thank you, Professor Rightmire.

Nice professor. He loves teaching and is always ready to answer you. Assignments are a little bit heavy but you can get a good grade with some effort.

Professor Rightmire made us do lots of in-class writing but he rarely gave homework. Go to extra help and get Easy A.
