Seppala was really nice and friendly, however she did end up missing or cancelling many of the classes she was scheduled to teach that quarter. The class itself is not too difficult (first midterm the average was in the mid 80s), but if you need lectures to succeed it may be more challenging.

The material would've been pretty straightforward as an intro genetics course- if we actually had class. This professor either missed, or cancelled class over 1/3rd of the total class meetings. The professor completely missed our first midterm without telling anyone beforehand- she didn't even attend our final.
