Exams were really difficult with low averages, but curved the class and gave 1% extra credit. You should be able to do well though as long as you turn in the HW and Labs on time.

This was rough I'm not gonna lie. I feel a bit bad for the hate she is receiving but those tests were really hard. It could also be that most of the class was not CS majors. I think it could be better but overall it was fine.

labs and hw are easy, tests are ridiculously hard. expects an unreasonable understanding of c++ from students who started the language 3 weeks ago. even if you can do the labs easily you will not be prepared for just how difficult the exams are. no practice material given for exams. exam questions were poorly worded and they had to drop 5 questions

Unorgnized lecture (edit the empty PPTs during lectures). Hardest midterm. The worst course I have ever taken in UCSB.

I don't want to say anything after taking the most difficult midterm in my life.
