TAKE PHIL3 BEFORE THIS CLASS. Trust me. CS40 was hard, its all proofs but lectures were thorough & tests were easy. But the hw was graded on correctness & the grading criteria is really strict. TA Isaac Mackey would proofread hw which absolutely saved me but w/o that, I wouldn't have done well. But prof is nice and easy tests. Just hard homework.

Mr. Kyle is one of the best people I have seen in the CS department. If you see him, take his class. You definitely learn and he is great.
