i did not attend any lectures and so it was a very difficult class. got an A- but just made it, def a difficult class if you try to teach it to yourself like I did

Professor Hanschmann is one of the most excellent professors I have ever had. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and is excited to teach his students. All of his lectures were interesting, and he made sure to go over last classes material before moving on to solidify the information! I love how he teaches, 10/10 recommend!

Similar to taking a math course. As long as you practice the material consistently, you will be okay. Jason posts his lecture slides online along with lots of supplementary practice problems which I found super helpful. I never went to his office hours but he always took the time to answer any questions in lecture. Reasonable, straightforward guy.

Prof. Hanschmann is a gem. I loved watching him interact with the professor that lectured before him and he is so sweet but also so awkward. This is reflected in everything about him. He is a fun professor and explains the material well, very enjoyable for a GE!
