Payton is hands down my favorite professor in UCSB so far. I took this class because I'm interested in psychology and this class description seems fun, and Payton didn't fail that expectation at all. You need to read for this class but not too much and he will cover everything in his lecture. I'd love to take his class again if I can.

Prof. Small was a wonderful professor. His lectures were very interesting and he does his best to keep students engaged in the topic. His point-scale for grading made it so it was fairly easy to get a good grade even if you missed a few assignments. Exams weren't too difficult and the assignments were easy if you went to lecture.
