Avoid this professor as possible. Writing was not illegible, and his accent was too heavy to understand. Tests were hard also.

Bad handwriting and a strong accent. Difficult and heavy homework. HWs and Exams are graded by TA which is fair. Midterm and Final are 12-hour take-home exams but hard. He also cuts off students' final grades. Get 96.5+ for an A and get 92+ for an A-.

Strong accent and awful handwriting. He's trying to be a nice guy but being really harsh in terms of grading. The grading criteria was not made clear until the final grade was released--don't be surprised if you get curved down.

Bad writing and bad speaking, I could merely learn by reading textbooks. Not until we receive the final grades, he told us that there is a curve and in order to get an A we need to get 96.5+ so bad experience.

misra gives decent lectures, hard to follow along sometimes bc of his accent tho. i had to read the textbook a lot to learn. hw and midterm were easy, almost everyone i know went into the final with grades in the 90s, but then the final was one of the hardest tests ive taken. he did curve up a little bit, but not for ppl that got B+s and and above
