Dr. DasGupta is funny, and shares materials about LGBTQ activism globally. I learnt a lot about queer history, Zines and activism. The class was online because of health reason. He was very accessible for office hours or setting up zoom meetings. The CANVAS materials at times confusing but he posts ppt and this helps. The TA's are helpful.

Super easy class I never went and I still did well, depends on your TA mine was a particularly hard grader

Prof. Dasgupta's Canvas page was very disorganized, which was frustrating, but he was very kind, and the assignments were relatively easy. This course was online due to medical problems, so that may have contributed to Canvas not being set up properly. The course also felt too easy in a way that made me unproductive, but it wasn't a bad class.

She gives feedback and reads all drafts. The prof can be funny and caring but at times discusses very difficult concepts. We made Zines and I enjoyed learning about LGBTQ history

I have taken this professor befoere. There is a lot of readings but the assignments are fun, Zines, reflections. I enjoyed learning about queer history and visiting different LGBTQ archives. The Zines are fun and I am going to always make Zines now :)

Professor was very funny, engaging, and caring.They were unwell but still read drafts of my final project. Posts their ppt. We made zines and did reflection writing. Creative teaching style.
