Zach is the goat. Course expectations were very clear and he was a very kind and helpful instructor. He was extremely accessible if you were ever confused about anything and the course was mostly actual coding but there were low stakes quizzes which could be a little tricky but not too bad and the final was pretty easy. Just know your syntax lol.

Zach is very friendly, but his lectures are very confusing and he tends to gloss over details which he will test you on. Homeworks and labs are easy and manageable, yet the quizzes are very difficult and cover stuff that is neither in the textbook nor the lectures. Quizzes' weight is high and can easily drag you into B grades. Do not recommend.

Sisco was a great prof. Some of the homework was pretty tough tho.

Took his summer CS138 course, super friendly professor! Always answers questions, and makes sure the answers are clear. Patient with the class, and overall an easy class. 10/10 would take again!
