I don't think there will ever be a teacher as amazing as him. He was so sweet, cared for us so much and just made everyday fun. I wish I could take this class a hundred times over. I didn't go to the performances (lazy and stuff got in the way) and managed a B+. Definitely check this out once we're back on campus.

amazing professor!! protect this man at all cost. hes passionate w what he teaches. the materials are meaningful and he uses an interesting approach. just an overall respectable scholar. youre really missing out if you dont take his class and esp this african american theater is inspirational if you care abt racial equality / blm :)

Just about the most easygoing professor and class. Insultingly easy A. Slides cover everything you need to know and are posted online. Graded on MC quizzes, two OPEN-BOOK FRQ exams and a final paper, all extremely free. Material is interesting too, if that matters to you. Heavenly GE. Most people don't even know theater UD's exist, so don't sleep.
