Do not take this course one of the most time-wasting classes in my entire life

Don't take this professor!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy class to get credits if you don't mind going back in the 90s where there is no tech used in classrooms, where homework is a bunch of notes you wrote in class(with paper and pen) being submitted digitally... So in general you have to take the same notes twice once paper and pen once digital. Be prepared to do like a whole lot of reading too.

Doctor Marina may seem intimidating, but she does have a heart for international students. However, her way of expressing that concern is through exhortation. The course focuses on information that could deem quite useful for international students. So if you don't know what to do in college after arriving in the states, take this class and see.

She is a RUDE person and a tough grader. Never let her be your instructor.

She was late all the time, which made the lecture longer than it was scheduled. Some might get offended by the way she talks, especially if you're an international student.

Dr. Marina is a staff at OISS. This class is for international students and it is soooooo easy if you show up in class and take notes(mandatory and it is part of the hw). Dr. Marina seems holding bias towards international students and her words make us so uncomfortable. Recommend this easy class if you dont mind a boring prof.
