You can really tell that Billy cares about his students and wants them to succeed, not only in the course but just life in general. He had one on one meetings with us to discuss essays and goals, which really helped us understand the material and get amazing feedback. Im so lucky I had him as a professor and I hope hes still teaching!

Billy is an awesome TA. Went above and beyond to help his students. He's pretty funny and always holds a ton of office hours.

I actually switched sections and I'm SO glad I did because Billy is an amazing TA. His humor, wit, and relatability make his sections so much more interesting. The course itself is rigorous, but Billy does all he can to help you succed.

It's been a very tough finals week for me, but his review session brightened my day, just with his attitude and kindness (he ordered pizza for us at the end I love him). I've never had a TA that makes me want to come to section as much as Billy. While ENGL 193 could get confusing at times, Billy always made sure we knew what was going on and what was expected of us. If I could have him TA for all of my English classes I would take him over and over again. Seriously the kindest and funniest TA I've ever had.

Billy is one of those TA's who goes above and beyond - more than I ever thought possible from a TA - to help you succeed. His e-mails are witty, informative, and down-to-earth. He makes it clear EXACTLY what you need to do to do well in the class. He is, without a doubt, the best - and funniest - TA I have ever had. TAKE HIM IF YOU CAN.
