It is refreshing to have a teacher who is not just in research. He has a full time accounting job outside of teaching, and talked often in lecture about accounting in the real world. I could tell some of the class found his lectures to be boring but if you pay attention he has a lot to teach. Tests are fair, he grades hard on the group project.
