Fair class with optional final , but didn't upload our grade 15 days after the deadline

Why the heck is midterm so long and hard? Yeah 24 hours long, but why does it have to be so freaking long. This is ridiculous

Not sure what people are talking about below. This professor is solid. Gives great examples and explains pretty good in my opinion.

Got my first C ever in this class. Grading scale was awful. Teacher is not helpful and goes very fast. Does not explain concepts clearly. Don't take a class with him. Very hard grader.

Steve is actually a pretty decent lecturer. He does problems on the board and posts his notes online. The homework can be kinda hard tbh, but his tests are medium difficulty. This class moves quickly, so try to stay on top of it. Really understand annuities. Midterm avg: 76%, final avg: 80%, percent who passed the class: 74%. No curve (W19).
