Quite Possibly might be the laziest teacher I've ever had. Grades very harsh and never provides feedback for anything she grades. Never answers any emails you send either.

This class was pretty hard because of the material. Having to memorize the IPA chart. Tests were MC and free response. She is very helpful and tries to teach the material in a way that everyone can understand. She's really funny and makes lectures fun. Brought pizza, coffee, and other snacks for the whole class once, which was nice :)

Friendly and very willing to help. Not sure why the person below said the project would replace the final since it was clearly stated in the syllabus that we would have both. The class itself is hard in terms of the material, but Caroline really tries to make it easier to comprehend!

Caroline is a grad student. Pretty scattered and discusses things you don't need to know. She means well but is not a very good teacher. Told us that midterm would be a quiz and it was not. Said we would not have a final because of the final project yet here I am studying for the final. Don't take unless you have to for the ling major.

Crouch is an okay professor, she goes through slides quickly but does post them online. Homework is assigned every week and attendance isn't mandatory but is important in order to understand concepts. She usually isn't sure of her answers when students ask questions.
