Super unclear about instructions and changed date for final a day before when it said a different day on canvas. also never responded to emails. super nice just wish she was more organized

She gives about 5% of extra credit out so that's a huge plus ik a few people who got over 100% in this class. Big. impacts are buying the textbook, 2 research papers (Quant & Qual), and 2 attempt online quizzes. Lecture isn't too important to attend very skippableThere are in-class assignments but you can just do them at home. Quant paper is hard

I do not recommend taking classes with this professor. She changed the due date to the final the night before it was due. She is also not a good communicator, I made 3 attempts to contact her via email and got no response. Very unprofessional.

Many issues with this professor. There were limited directions and expectations were unclear. She also changed the due date the night before for the final is due. Giving us less than 24 hour notice. Also never responds to emails.

The most un-organized class I've ever taken. My entire quarter was consumed by the workload from this class. The professor does not answer emails, is incredibly unclear with directions, and expects students to know how to use excel with no explanation. The TA's try their best, but this class is a complete mess. Her course is absolutely terrible.

Professor has a THICK accent and a quiet voice. I had to drop out of her class because I got a concussion and she refused to work with me or grant any extensions, despite my documentation of the incident and doctors note. All of my other professors were helpful, given that it was a medical emergency. She just said "No." and that was it.

Idk why this professor has so many bad reviews but I found her to be great. Do the reading before class so you're ready for lecture. The info she uses in lecture is what you should have read the day before. Attendance is mandatory! ATTEND SECTION, the TAs are extremely helpful. 2 quizzes per week (open book) & 2 discussions. 2 final projects.

This professor is a big failure in her teaching!! She does not teach us anything and I wish I was never a part of her class. Very hard in lectures, never understood anything of anything!! Pure BS!!! I hope that you all will never take this professor again. Be prepared to fail and for lots of vaguely written discussions. She does not help at all!

Do not take this class, for good and for the rest of your life!!! You will never learn anything from this professor. She barely teaches us anything, the quizzes are super hard to pass with a good score, the discussions are very hard based on nonsense! If you want to fail her class, good luck. Never easy to pass her class! She is terrible and bad!!!

If you can avoid taking this class, DO IT. Nice prof but super unclear about whats expected in this course. Weekly hw isn't hard but the midterm, 2 reports, and final are pretty difficult. Not because the work is necessarily hard, but she does not give clear instructions so you don't know whats expected. The TA's do a better job than her tbh.

not hard but not easy. very boring lecture & lecturer. attendance is mandatory - section is pointless but also mandatory. book reading is basically regurgitated in her accent in the lecture. assignments almost every week, midterm online (poorly made very vague), 2 papers (very unnecessary) and an online final. like I said, not hard - but not easy
