Took Garfield for 34A and 34B, he is not the best lecturer but is so easygoing with grading, and his exams are identical to his practice exams with different numbers. iClicker is used so you have to attend lecture but Peter is super nice and wants you to succeed. Great prof.

This class overall was not hard because he gives you midterms almost EXACTLY like the actual tests so if you practice those like 2 days in advance you're solid. BUT, he is not a good lecturer (though he is nice), he is also not very responsive to emails. I recommend going to CLAS session and their drop in hours, and office hours with your TA.

Unorganized professor. Take a long time to grade midterms didnt know two midterm grades until 3 days before the final. Chill guy but just very unorganized

I took Peter for Math34A and 34B and had no problems whatsoever!! it definitely helped as i didnt pass calc ab/bc in highschool lol so it was a breeze but when it comes down to peter as a professor, he is very easy so his practice midterm and finals are basically identical to the actual exams.

Really bad lecturer but he tries his best to engage with students. Practice exams were identical to real exams so can't complain too much. He does iClicker attendance, but you can make it up by posting on a chat forum, so I wouldn't recommend going.
