Erwin was a great professor, his lectures were interesting and he had dad jokes to throw in. He gives study guides for the midterm and final, homework is minimal, and he only tests from lecture slides. He says you only need to read the book to clarify things you don't understand from lecture. He's funny and is a good teacher.
Professor Ervin was one of the most laid back professors that I have had, but he was also one of the most unclear professors as well. He kept his lectures at a fast pace which was difficult to understand and his exams were in depth. The study guide that he provides you does not even help because it is just the concepts that he outlines in class.
Professor Ervin does go at a fast pace, yet his lectures are posted online so you can always go back and review them. His class is really interesting and he is passionate about his profession which made me more engage. He is funny most of the time and awesome to talk to. If you study the slides you should be able to pass with at least a B.
Really funny, easygoing professor! But, sometimes his lectures aren't the most clear, and his tests were harder than I expected. He tries really hard to make the class interesting and is always trying to get everyone involved.
Ervin by far is one of the chillest, if not most chill professors at SB. He's a nice guy, very funny, and makes geography interesting to learn about. He actually cares about his class, something that most professors can't seem to show nowadays. Assignments are all straightforward and easy, and you learn a lot too. Def. would take to knock out a ge.
talks really fast, study guide is weird
