Not a very great writing professor. Not clear in what she wants and is not very helpful. You write 3 various writing pieces and have a lot of process portfolio. Each piece is different and I never grasped what she wanted from me. Very hard compared to other WRIT2 professors, even after trying really hard. Not very enthusiastic but knows a lot.

Russ is a TA that teaches one of the lab sections for Writing 2. She is a nice person, but she's very unclear both in her instruction and her grading. Thus her grades for papers seem arbitrary. If you really do want to improve your writing, I would find a TA that actually gives feedback.
