The best Ling professor in the college. You can easily get engaged in the class cuz her papers and presentations are all interesting topics. And if you follow the professor's instructions, you can easily get an A on papers. Be sure to go CLAS and ask for grammar help. Take her class, you'll learn a lot.

Susie is really a nice and helpful instructor. The amount of homework is moderate, and the grading is not harsh at all. It is a good experience to work with her!

She is extremely clear in direction and what is expected of you for all assignments and gives you lots of in-class time to work on your papers so if you use your time wisely you will rarely have homework. In addition to a well structured class, she provides really good feed back and is willing to help any time. Loved this class!
