Her tests are based off lecture so try not to skip. Great way to study for the midterm and final is Orion on Wiley Plus. I reviewed lecture notes but mainly did hours of Orion practice as my main source for studying and got an A on the final. She responds to her emails quickly and is always available at OH for extra help.

HW. 2 quizzes. super chill teacher and she explains things well but doesn't prepare you well for exams (they are much harder than lectures are) so you will have to do a decent amount of studying on your own. furthermore, its lecture heavy more than wiley. attend lecture and practice. if you like accounting ur fine

very tough grading

Gray gives clear lectures, and her exam is totally based on what she teach in class, as longs you study carefully and read everything on her slides you'll get pretty good grade.

Gray's lecture are very helpful and clear. She has straight forward exams and only tests on what she teaches. Free response on tests are fairly easily with partial credit. Grade consists on hw, group project, 2 midterms, and cumulative final (cumulative part is what the class does worst on).

freaking hard, her lecture is useless. The worst instructor ever. Ready for study urself. she is not helping at all.

She's awesome. Great lecturer. Fairly easy because it's pretty much a review of 3A and 3B, with a bit new material towards the end of the quarter.

Great professor, very clear in lectures. Grades easy, 2 midterms, online hw, and a final are your grade. final is only 10% cumulative.
